The ZIS-6 (Russian: ЗИС-6) is a Soviet general-purpose 6×4 army cargo truck, a three-axle version of the ZIS-5 two-axle truck. Prototypes were made in 1931, serial production started in 1933, lasted until October 1941 at the Moscow Zavod imeni Stalina factory and a total of 21,239 units were produced.

Various improvements in metallurgy, chemistry and ordnance design allowed the production of guns such as the USV and the ZiS-3, which were superior to the older ones in many respects, being lighter and featuring modern split trail carriages.
