Dec 9, 2022 · Yule, and most Pagan Holidays, especially in the Germanic vein, are actually Festivals, celebrated over many days. 3, 7 and 9 are the most common numbers, typically with the High Holiday in the middle. The twelve adaptation is indeed one of those crossovers with the Christmas Season. That's perfectly okay if you like it too though.

Hi, Heathen here. Yule is a time of peace and hospitality. I return the greeting the way it is given. "Merry Christmas" is meet with a sincere "Merry Christmas." The same is true of saying happy holidays or whatever else. If someone that I work with or that I consider a friend doesn't initiate it first, I wish them a Joyful Yuletide.
