Phil Guerrero (also known as PJ Phil or PJ "Fresh" Phil) is a former PJ on YTV. Phil got his start on YTV after a friend of his, Russell Chong, got Phil an audition [1] to be a co-host on YTV Rocks, a show which Chong presented at that time.
