Oct 11, 2020 · Downloaded ADMS-10 from YAESU, installed it successfully. followed procedures to put FT-70 into ADMS mode. Select "get data from FT-70" under communications. I get the blah blah blah screen instructing to put into ADMS mode. select "ok" i keep getting an errorr dialog box that says "invalid com port" Argg!!

For reasons that are still unclear the free program would not set up memory banks correctly. I then bought the RT Systems software and everything worked. The bank linking is possible.

Entered my call sign. got in frequency mode. I thought it was strange that I could hear no static. To test it out, I entered the air band and tuned in to the control tower of my local airport.

Sep 30, 2020 · In the programming software, Yaesu FT-70D ADMS-10 EXP, I entered the Receive Frequency first. The software automatically enters the Transmit Frequency based on a standard offset. Then I simply selected the Transmit Frequency which was now incorrect and entered the correct Transmit Frequency.

Jan 20, 2021 · K62NYC may be operating a Fusion repeater, but it is not registered with Yaesu as a Wires-X node. Clearly it is not in coordination either because it is not following any band plan. Fusion repeaters in the "auto" mode can use PL or DCS on the input or output or both in the FM mode. Fusion (C4FM) does not use PL or DCS.
