This may include commentary on the Siwas themselves, discussions about girls who have left the group, or updates from girls who were on the show but not on the group.

But to me this shows that they didnt "just fire" leigha or wanted her to leave but that there is a different reason for to not be part of xomg Pop anymore. I read a couple of comments from Tracy on here and in one of them (right after kiya left) she stated that the girls just didnt mesh that well.
