I have no cc and my damage is pathetic. Anyways what is the best level 20 healer what is the best level 20 melee what is the best level 20 ranged. I don't feel like leveling 11 toons to 20 to find out.

Jan 24, 2017 · In my case, i dropped 890 pants for 875 tier to finish a 2 set. This increased my dps. I also find items with +5 levels higher (not including rings/necks) even if they have non-priority stats are a upgrade due to the AGI increase and how close my class weights are.
