Seaboard System GP16 #4631 was built April 23, 1985 as Winston-Salem Southbound GP9 #1503. Unit later became Seaboard Coast Line #1051 before being selected for the GP16 rebuild program. #4631 was added to the roster as GP16 in July 1981,later renumbered CSX #1731, and retired in February 1993.
