Videri Chocolate Factory was started by a group of friendly folks who wanted to create wonderful chocolate, from bean to bar, everyday. We’re a cozy downtown chocolate factory that scrupulously sources every ingredient to ensure a high quality, responsible chocolate.

Videri’s facility is allergy friendly; our chocolates are free from all known tree nuts, and many common legumes (including Peanuts!), as well as soy, gluten, and egg products. We also offer many vegan options. Our Single Origin and 70% Chocolate are dairy free.

Videri's 55% Dark Milk Chocolate bar is topped with Benny T's Vesta Very Hot Dry Hot Sauce and roasted cocoa nibs for a dynamic and layered experience. The VERY HOT variety of Vesta is made from a collection of spicy chilies such as Habanero, Scotch Bonnet, Bhut Jolokia, and is made in a special gluten free batch just for Videri!

Jan 28, 2025 · 1/2 cup (4 ounces) Videri Hot Chocolate Mix. 1 egg, room temperature. 1 egg yolk, room temperature. 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract. 1 Tablespoon Videri Cocoa Powder. 1 1/2 teaspoons All purpose flour * (see notes for gf variation) Pinch of salt. Instructions: Preheat the oven to 425°F and very generously butter 2 (6 or 8 oz) ramekins on all sides.
