Apr 10, 2020 · I dont think the VZ-58 is a bad rifle by any means and is definitely a few steps up from an SKS. Both of those rifles serve their purpose extremely well. Their style of actions however (falling block, tilting block) is a huge hindrance for bolt centricity and bolt repeatability which extremely effects accuracy.
