Oct 12, 2013 · The first two are synonyms (at least, I see no significant difference between them; and the sOED defines 'mistrust' as 'distrust', so I'm not alone in that). I don't recall ever having heard 'untrustful', and it's not in the sOED. 'Untrust' is, but marked as rare or archaic.
