Moussa facilitates customized workshops to help clients have better self-understanding, improve communication and teamwork, manage change, and appreciate unique individual differences. Moussa holds both bachelor's and master's degrees from AUC.

Over the course of four years, the project 30 sustainable career development centers at 23 public universities across Egypt.

The American University in Cairo (AUC) offers its expertise and technical support to Egyptian universities to ensure the establishment of 46 self-sustained University Centers for Career Development (UCCDs) at 34 universities throughout Egypt, from Alexandria to Aswan.
