Jan 27, 2021 · What does Ubbe's Face Tattoo say? I found this page. One of the tattoos is the one on his face I took a screen shot and then put it into the rune translator and this is what it shows. Some of the characters might be off because I couldn't find exactly all of them how they look on the tattoo.

Aug 14, 2018 · We've only seen a couple shots of Alex/Ivar from S6b filming so far and the poor kid still doesn't have a beard (remember though, he was quite young when Ragnar came back....anywhere from 14-16 or so), but we do have some aging from Ubbe and a decent shot of his new tattoo...and unlike what folks may have thought, he didn't lose an eye.
