The UPS needs to be able to support your TV otherwise you won't be able to see what you're doing with it when the power goes out. If you figure the wattage for PS5 alone, then connect your PS5 and TV to the UPS, you'll have less time on backup power than you had originally planned to have, and that might be a problem.

My TV averages around 70 watts of power consumption and the PS5's maximum power consumption is 350 watts. Theoretically, the 660 watts should make sense, but it's almost double in price.

Jan 17, 2024 · Also check the usage guide because UPS’s are technically designed to be plugged in and then your PS5 is plugged into the UPS, which is good. (explained below) With an inverter however, as far as my usage goes, there’s a different button for charging and discharging.

May 31, 2021 · I am using Mi 55 inch TV with 160 W power consumption and PS5 on the same UPS. I use it to safely shutdown the PS5, not to play without main power. Your TV - 190W and PS5 in future worst case scenario - 320W (PS5 comes with 350 W power supply) comes to a total of 510W, which this UPS can easily handle. Just do not add extra load to UPS.

Jun 25, 2022 · I know Xbox Series X/S comes with inbuilt Surge Protectors to protect against Voltage fluctuations. Not sure about the PS5 (check it's website). Only buy a UPS if you live in an area where power cuts are frequent. If you're only concern is Voltage Fluctuations, then just buy a Surge Protector from Amazon/Flipkart.

Mar 15, 2021 · Maximum power - you will need to calculate how much power you need your UPS to put out for yourself, that depends on what you’re going to power through the UPS. In my case it’s PS5 (350 W), TV (140 W), Soundbar (<50 W) and WiFi router (20 W). In total - 560 watts.
