Nov 13, 2023 · Fairly new to FM. Doing my first save with one of the big teams. I’m trying to build up my U18 and U21, but have no idea about to do so other than my own youth intake. I’m not trying to sign every wonder kid - I don’t care much for signing 15 year olds for £30M.

Jan 22, 2021 · U21 players don't need to be registered to play. I'm trying to use him and game keeps telling me that he is currently unregistered. Am outside the transfer window right now too so I can't even manually move him to IN status for registration.

Nov 8, 2023 · I've always used the editor for this in FM23, but I've noticed nothing has changed in FM24. Despite having the best coaching staff for my U21 and U18 teams, their Team Cohesion is Abysmal. Does this actually affect player development? Is there a way to even improve this without taking complete control of both teams?

Nov 13, 2023 · Playing as Newcastle currently and I don't seem to get any option to pick the lineups for my u21 team. I've set "Handles touchline shouts(u21)" and "Leads team talks (u21)" to myself as well, but I don't seem to get anything for u21 games.

Jan 10, 2015 · He also does coaching, so take note of that. Man management is optional for an assistant manager, but essential for U21 managers so everybody plays. If you're the type who pushes his U18s into U21s, you'd also want the U21 manager to be good with youngsters.
