Apr 19, 2023 · Trauma Team is a combination of PMC, Medical Insurance and combat paramedics - they're supposed to be on the level of Maxtac and are given high leeway in ensuring their top level clients are recovered and receive the best treatments. However, there are contracts of lesser coverage and if one fails to keep coverage will be left high and dry.

The same vest can be found but with a different colour - again, give it a different paint and slap the name on it and BOOM. You got a Militech vest.

Agreed. There's way too little Trauma Team presence in the game if going by main story, gigs, side quests, and NCPD assaults. Sandra Dorsett mission in the beginning was a good intro for them, and hearing call 'Trauma Team call 9 9 9..' over the loudspeakers in V's Megabuilding was cool, but we need more.

Trauma Team is basically special ops turned into combat medics, whereas MaxTac are the best of the best highly functional cyberpsychos after proper training and just as well equipped. Also, according to the lore, only two of the TT members (in a regular squad) are security specialists, there's also two pilots and, if I recall correctly, two EMTs.

Apr 28, 2022 · I do see Trauma Team around the place in random events, but I have a feeling most of the people that V is dealing with aren't TT card holders! V not gaining Cyberpsychosis is definitely something to aid gameplay, because actually falling into Cyberpsychosis causes a lot of story problems.
