The result was the development by the City of Track4LA ™ (now known as KwikComply ™) which is now an online insurance compliance system that uses the standard insurance industry ACORD Form 25 Certificate of Liability Insurance, in electronic format.

Documents submitted to the City of LA are public records and will be available for public inspection and copying as required by law.
