Terrence William Shea (born June 12, 1946) is an American football coach and former player who was the head coach of the Aviators of The Spring League. Shea also performs quarterback consulting work for future NFL draft prospects.

Shea was the Head Football Coach for San Jose State where he won the National Collegiate Coach of the Year and Rutgers University where he won the Big East Coach of the Year. Shea has also coached at University of Oregon, Utah State at Cal Berkeley.
