Jul 24, 2020 · So to close this off, I replaved the Hankook Ventus tyres with a full set of Hankook iON evo AS. I had Jax Fyshwick (ACT) install them, at a cost of ~$400 less than Tesla's quoted price for Ventus replacement. The iONs are quiet and offer similar handling after a week on the road. Time will tell if the claim of longer distance is real.
