Jan 19, 2024 · Tamlin and I left the way I’d come in—through that narrow cave in the belly of the mountain. Before departing, the High Fae of several courts destroyed and then sealed Amarantha’s court Under the Mountain. We were the last to leave, and with a wave of Tamlin’s arm, the entrance to the court crumbled behind us. (ACOTAR, Chapter 46)

Feb 17, 2021 · Tamlin is not a one-dimensional, only bad character - I totally agree with you there. There is good in him that we've seen, and we obviously have not touched on his direct perspective on anything. But I do think that his current state is a direct result of his conscious choices, actions and failures.
Elain and Tamlin are endgame: A compilation of all evidence.
However, I do think Elain and Tamlin could walk side by side throughout their respective healing journey; Elain with her ability to see the goodness that Tamlin is known to possess (the Tamlin we saw pre-UTM), and Tamlin with his deep appreciation for life beyond swords and blood and guts.

Apr 28, 2023 · Don't get me wrong, Tamlin's only source of affection was his mother- but he also had his father who sided with Hybern as their greatest ally and was said to be worse than the High Lord of Autumn. Jan 7, 2023 · Rhys references what the impact of seeing Feyre get killed had on him many times, but Tamlin also saw it. Tamlin's response was to go psychotically controlling. Rhys also likely handled it better because he was able to learn to do the opposite of Tamlin after seeing the great response Feyre had (a lesson Rhys seemed to forget during pregnancy).
Does anyone else kinda hope Tamlin gets a happy ending? : …
Feb 8, 2021 · Tamlin needed help and healing just as much as feyra did and he didn't really get it. So yes I kinda hope Tamlin gets a redemption arch and something of a happy ending eventually, doesn't need to be with a love interest, just have someone to help him heal again. He did horrible things yes but he has good in him still and potential for growth.

Why does everyone hate tamlin so much? : r/acotar - Reddit
Aug 8, 2021 · Tamlin witnessed all I described above and did nothing, even if he didn’t think it was right. Tamlin just stood by and watched as his father sent Rhys’ mother’s and sister’s heads downriver for Rhys to find and saw his father steal their wings as trophies and just went home with him…. That’s disgusting and unforgivable in my eyes.
