Dec 16, 2012 · Actually, the Tachikoma was introduced because of license-issues - the Fuchikoma couldn't be used in the SAC. The main difference is the design: While the Fuchikomas had only one lense, the Tachikomas have 4 independent "eyes". Also, the Tachikomas are a little bit taller than the Fuchikomas.

We see Batou, the Tachikoma tanks, the Narcotics Suppression Squad (NSS), the elite JMSDF Black Ops unit Umibozu and even Togusa uses it in the series. What I don't understand is that, once the original Saito fall down, and then disappeared, yet the one from afar fall down and was still present. Jun 3, 2015 · The GitS movies, SAC-series and Arise OVA are all different interpretations of the source material/manga. Ghost in the Shell/2.0 and Innocence are set in the same universe, and I would recommend to watch them first as they have the strongest story and production values.
