To obtain this stand, there are 2 routes. Go to the Central Wilds and talk to Him to receive his quest to obtain The World. Complete the quest the player will receive the Blood of Joseph. The player must then use the Blood of Joseph on Shadow DIO to evolve it into The World.

Once you have Shadow Dio, you need to talk to Him in the Forest while using the Shadow Dio Stand to obtain the Shadow’s Demands quest. Complete all the tasks in that quest to receive a Vial of Joestar’s Blood.
