Feb 16, 2025 · Recently neither me nor my friend have been able to open the app TMX on our Xbox Series X's. When you click on it, it opens for a split second then closes. We have both reinstalled it multiple times, but that doesn't seem to do anything at all.

If you have the original Xbox One, you'll have to unplug the power supply unit from both the console and the outlet. - Turn your modem/router off and unplug them for 5 minutes.
