Jul 17, 2023 · The gain on the TC pedals can be very useful or basically uninvolved in the signal chain. I prefer to have this option. As for the BOSS. I use a VE8 for acoustic gigs. It suites my needs but the sound quality on the vocals leans towards TC as the winner, albeit slightly.
