Jan 27, 2011 · I'm asking me Why there's no T9 support in the dialer to get the desired contact faster. Many other mobile brands are already supporting this very useful function. Looking for a contact in the contact-list takes much longer and the favourites-list is also incomplete for most cases. I'd really welcome this function!

Feb 6, 2017 · UnLike Andriod, Iphone doesn't support T9 or Dialer Alphabets to help dial frequently. I may quit Iphone, I am very annoyed. Few would say, come out of orthodox, but I would love somethings being Orthodox.

Dec 20, 2022 · Apple instead has a Favorites list; just put the contacts you call regularly in Favorites, then tap Phone, Favorites, and the name of the person you want to call. Much faster than T9. Or say “Hey Siri, Call Sally" But if you really want to live in the previous century there are several T9 keyboard apps in the app store.
