The T-37A was a Soviet amphibious light tank. The tank is often referred to as the T-37, although that designation was used by a different tank which never left the prototype stage. The T-37A was the first series of mass-produced fully amphibious tanks in the world.

The estimated 70 T-37 vehicles built in 1933 were probably a pre-production version that were extensively tested in 1933. Production vehicles, conformed to the T-37A configuration. Later Soviet documents dispensed with the "A" when referring to the T-37A.

The T-37A is the first serial amphibious tank in the world. It was created in 1932 on the basis of the British Vickers amphibious tank and experimental amphibious tanks of Soviet design.
