Shin Soukoku is the slash ship between Ryuunosuke Akutagawa and Atsushi Nakajima from the Bungou Stray Dogs fandom. Atsushi and Akutagawa's relationship is one of the more important ones in the series, mirroring Chuuya Nakahara and Osamu Dazai's relationship.

Oct 14, 2022 · As an avid sskk shipper myself, what made you pick up bsd and ship these two over skk? From what I've seen Chuuya and Dazai are the more popular ship and partners. My reason, I actually think its pretty simple.

All these three names are used for the characters' respective ships in fanon as well. Zen Soukoku is Fukuzawa Yukichi/Mori Ougai, Soukoku (skk is the short form) is Dazai Osamu/Nakahara Chuuya and Shin Soukoku (sskk is the short form) is Akutagawa Ryuunosuke/Nakajima Atsushi.

Bungou Stray Dogs is a supernatural and mystery manga series with an anime and a game adaptation, as well as additional light novels. Atsushi Nakajima was kicked out of his orphanage, and now he has no place to go and no food. While he is standing by a river on the brink of starvation, he rescues a man whimsically attempting suicide via drowning.

Jul 28, 2023 · Not even the second most popular ship, Shin Soukoku, can hold a candle to how popular Soukoku is (for reference, there are almost 25k SKK fics on AO3, while there are around 6k SSKK ones. The third most popular one is Ranpoe, with little over 2.6k).

I recently finished watching BSD and loved it, definitely my favorite characters are Akutagawa, Mori, Kenji and Yumeno (Even Kyuoka, I think I identify with her in a certain way) I also really liked the Sskk ship, they are so perfect for each other that I love them a lot.
