I’ve seen so many posts where it basically amounts to “I want sora to cry everyday and lash out at everyone he meets!” It comes off as people wanting to completely assassinate his character and turn him into someone else. KH4 should strike a balance between old Sora and “sober” Sora.

It is important, but it always hit me when Sora said, "No, not good-bye! When I wake up, I'll find you. And then there will be no lies. We're gonna be friends for real." I'm sad realizing that she didn't fully regain herself while Sora was still around. In KH2, she does mention her promise, but Sora isn't aware it's directed at him and Roxas.

Sep 30, 2021 · Sora Accepting Ventus’s heart. that whole cutscene in the beach was both heartwarming and sad. Sora even sheds a tear cause he felt Ventus’s sadness. Overall the scene was Heartwarming (pun intended.)
