The XM4 headphones will always be a classic that’s worth it, especially if you can get’em on the cheap. But, if you were asking the same question about the XM5’s, I’d probably tell you to hold off a little bit longer, especially considering the price point will probably be close to what the New XM6’s will sell for.

The arctis pro have an excellent frequency response curve for a gaming headset. The XM4 is superior but the arctis pro actually beats several "good name" headphones in terms of sound quality and frequency response.

Oct 16, 2020 · Using XM4 for about a week when first experienced same thing 2 days ago - no problems from Android or iOS, but Windows sounds all garbled/skipping . Did not notice anything weird, think it just started after pausing/un-pausing music on affected Windows device.

Anybody here have the Sony XM4s and tried to use them with the PS5? I know it probably won’t work with Bluetooth but how is it connecting it through the controller? Does the microphone work?

The manual says it takes around 3 hours for full charge but with my Oneplus 7T pro charger it charges in less than an hour. Could there be any issue with the battery or does it really support fast charging. BTW i got around 25 hours of playback on my first charge.

How many segments does your XM4 cable connector pin have? If it only have 3 segments that is basically audio only. Mic is only possible with 4 segments and I think the headset is designed to only transmit audio, not mic, over cabled mode.
