Sep 23, 2020 · I just finished my third CT challenge, here's what I did and the results. First Challenge- 25 day Slim thigh Challenge. Thoughts: A good program to start if you are fairly new to exercising (I'd only started exercising regularly 6 months before). I really enjoyed the videos, and got great results! Took a 3 day break before second challenge.

May 4, 2021 · I've done the Slim Thigh Challenge and lost a good 3-4 inch of thigh fat. As many will mention here, you can't lose target fat but you can try avoiding doing jumping squats/lunges, etc. I did hear that Lean Thigh Challenge was a bit harder than the 2020 Slim Thigh Challenge.
