Jan 4, 2025 · I launched The Sims 4 as a test run to see if I am experiencing the same problem and to my relief I am not and like I said I only lost all dlc twice despite the fact I have played The SIms 4 since March or April of 2022 before EA App became a requirement to replace Origin.

Jul 9, 2024 · Be sure to manually delete all folders in Games as well as the files in "Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4". The uninstall doesn't remove everything. However, I would make copies of your Saves and Tray folders. That way, you won't lose game progress or any of your Sims' Households.

Now that origin has transferred to ea, when I download sims 4 on steam, sims 4 does not work. When I download it from ea, sims 4 work, but my packs ain't manageable on ea. Any help appreaciated.

But it's only on offer on EA, and I play sims 4 on steam... so, supposing I bought the dlc on the EA app, how would I get it onto steam? Will I get given a steam key? Is it even legal? Mar 16, 2024 · 1) Go to game library and click on Sims 4. 2) Scroll down to DLC and click on "manage my DLC". 3) Should get a pop-up with a list of downloaded content for SIms 4. 4) Untick the boxes for DLC you no longer want. Thanks in advance. I've done it before it works!

Nov 20, 2024 · I tried playing Sims 4 when it first came out, but it was terrible. Basegame is definitely better than when it first came out, but even with mods it would be weird playing The Sims 4 without Seasons especially at least partially (but not the only reason why) because you get cold and hot weather outfits but are mostly useless without this pack.
