Seto is a Unique Recruit and the daughter of the Shek Kingdom's ruler, Queen Esata the Stone Golem. She is given to the player after the player has over 35 relations and turned in either the Bugmaster or Holy Lord Phoenix to the Shek Kingdom.

Feb 24, 2024 · I turned in the Bugmaster and made an alliance with the Shek kingdom. Yet I never got the option to recruit Seto despite meeting all requirements. Is this a common bug and how to I solve it? Do i maybe have to progress the Okran war first?

May 21, 2020 · I gave her mother to the Holy Nation, and now I don't know where to find Seto. First I went to Admag, unfortunately it was destroyed and no one was there except for Kral's Chosen I think. Then I went to The Great Fortress, no luck, followed by Squin, same there. So any idea where Seto might've gone?

Jan 10, 2019 · I had this problem too earlier, I fixed it by installing the Esata-Seto fix mod then importing my game. I had to go fight Bugmaster a second time since he got reset to his original location, but apart from that I could recruit Seto just fine.

Jul 23, 2023 · I can recruit Seto through Option 1 normally, so long as I do not talk to Esata a second time before she joins and thereby break the dialogue. If I choose Option 2, I can't talk to Esata at all and don't get Seto.

So you lug the inquisition leader down to the slave market, drop them in a cage. The followup raid goes to the slave market, and frees their fellows. Freeing slaves is a crime, the guards attack, the holy nation warriors defend themselves, and before you know it a state of war exists between the holy nation and the slave traders. Good times.
