She was a faculty member of Teachers College, Columbia University, and served as president of Korean-American Behavioral Health Association.

In response, Dr. Young Seh Bae, CIDA’s founder, along with several dedicated parents, initiated free workshops on special education, organized family events, and held support meetings in collaboration with local organizations.
