Why the Seddie Arc was secretly brilliant : r/icarly
Apr 30, 2023 · Many hated the Seddie Arc, but I thought it was a brilliant deconstruction of Sam and Freddie's relationship dynamic. It was also good that the writers didn't suddenly make them the perfect couple to please the shippers. It's not like Sam was acting out of character. All throughout the series, she would verbally or physically abuse Freddie.
Honest question: who are the seddie shippers here and why do …
Seddie is way better. Sure, Sam was abusive to Freddie but it was when they had an enemy relationship. Also, Seddie has more chemistry than Creddie. Carly never showed any interest in Freddie. The only two times she had was when Freddie saved her and the goodbye episode. And from season 5 Sam was maturing. Freddie loved Sam more than Carly.

Disclaimer that this is a repost. Seddie is like one of those ships that people either love or hate. I know it's already been talked to death here before, but now that the trend of equating the show to modern-day standards has died down, as well as the fact that Creddie has been portrayed in so much depth in the revival with practically no chance of Seddie happening, I think now is an ...
Seddie shippers hitting the wall right now but in all seriousness I ...
Feb 16, 2022 · Im a big seddie shipper and i dont even hate the idea of them trying a relationship and finding it doesnt quite work out in a natural organic progression. The problem is the seddie episodes felt like the writers doing whatever they could to break them up, prior established character progression be damned.
After the revival let's settle this once and for all! Seddie Vs Creddie ...
Seddie is toxic, with iCan’t Take It arguably being the worst episode in the show’s history (counting both the original and the revival). I don’t even think Freddie was really attracted to Sam and only entered that relationship out of curiosity (i.e a ‘let’s see where this goes’ mentality), since he wasn’t interested in anybody ...
r/icarly on Reddit: are you seddie or creddie and why?
Nov 3, 2020 · And the whoke seddie arc was kinda OOC. And the kiss in iGoodbye doesn't seem like a creddie confirmation either.. Cause just like in ISYL Freddie saving her life was Carly's bacon, and in iGoodbye Freddie was her Seattle memories. IMO Seddie deserved better character development in later seasons.
r/icarly on Reddit: Why do people like Seddie?
Seddie could’ve worked great if they’d matured Sam’s character (they were almost 18 at the time like they easily could’ve had Sam grow up but still be tough just only towards people who messed with her/her friends or tried to hurt them and not just violent all around)
The iCarly writers did Seddie so dirty. It could have been an …
Feb 25, 2022 · Seddie was popular back in the day because of the "Jathan" fans creating fanfics and fanart bc of the characters smiling/wrapping arms around each other in promotional photoshoots. I get what makes their pairing so unique & exotic but the writers did them dirty with that horrendous shitshow trilogy.
Seddie: An Honest Opinion... (Open for comments) :D
Jun 25, 2021 · Seddie is actually pretty toxic. It's teaching the audience it's okay to be violent towards your "loved one" and to ruin his dreams because he has to love you and will forgive whatever you do Reply

Nov 21, 2023 · It might just be me but I didn't like seddie. It just felt odd seeing two people who argued alot being in a relationship. Whenever I would rewatch iCarly I would always skip the seddie episodes because it didn't feel right seeing then together and the sam picking on freddie😂. This is just my personal thought on it though.
