Mar 10, 2018 · IMO the SCAR 17s is a bit of a splurge already at the ~$2,800 or whatever they used to be. Not a value proposition but still a cool gun for the money. At $3,500 it's becoming more of a novelty, and $4k+ it's going to be real tough to justify picking up another.

Jan 16, 2019 · I am selling my brand new Scar 17S in FDE (2017 production) done up as a Mk17 Mod 0 clone. The rifle has ZERO rounds through it, simply removed from its box and put in a hard case. To make it a Mk17 clone I have added the correct ECP flash hider (correct for 2012-present Mk17's), and a UID label by Carolina Laser Works.

Jul 27, 2012 · Thanks to everyone for advice. I ended up buying a Factory new FDE Scar 17s on gunbroker + 6 mags for $2950. I think it was a good deal, as the mags seem to be going for $50. will post pictures soon hopefully!
