Dec 31, 2016 · In Dragonball GT Baby Vegeta had the ability to transform into a golden great ape, but not a Super Saiyan 4. Here I will explain my theory as to why this happened. In order for a Saiyan to achieve SSJ4 they must first become a Golden Great Ape, both Goku and Baby achieved this form.
