The actual Garfield comic strips from Oct 23 1989 to Oct 28 1989. The strips have a completely different tone than the rest of the Garfield comics, so the author of 3166 made it into an SCP.

Jul 17, 2018 · It could very well have started as an idea, then as your imagination often does, it ran wild. I don't know that there's much of a distinction between "your imagination influencing you" and "a creature made of imagination influencing you," but it seems to have happened at some point in the case of 3166.
