Jul 16, 2010 · I am having problems with my truck hunting for idle at hot/cold start up. While searching for a solution to fix this, i see where some people were using this config. to help get the idle straightened out.

Oct 3, 2019 · I open the russk config. logging the default PIDs start the car, turn off the fans with the bi directional controls then when it gets to about 178ish I look at the numbers and they are mostly zeros only the early stages have numbers and they appear too large. I am guessing im using the wrong file.

Dec 3, 2011 · You will have to set the RAF to bring in the LTIT/STIT. The goal is to get the LTIT as close to zero as possible. I try to get the best idle condition without over/underspeed correction. Set the idle timing to give you the maximum vacumn (lower MAP kPa) and then back off 4-6 degrees. Run RussK idle .cfg to set RAF; may need to do it several times.

Oct 3, 2014 · russ k idle log.hpl heres another config i ran this morning do these results make sense to anyone? the car is an 02 camaro with 243 heads, 230/232 114 lsa cam bolt ons EWP, and a FAST 102/92.

Feb 3, 2015 · I have a 1998 Silverado with the L31 vortec 350 and a 5 speed manual. I put an LT4 hotcam in it and added long tube headers. Did a lot of lurking around here and pretty well got the tuning figured out. I would like to work on the idle airflow but the russk config does not work which im guessing is because i have the old "black box" pcm.

Oct 10, 2014 · log with test tune 3.hpl MAF stft.hst hey Russ I loaded in that tune on my way to school and took this log. I was mainly doing it to calibrate the maf but it also showed some problems the car is having holding idle.
