B is a slightly smaller bomb site that has fewer means to enter. A is also frequently closer to the CT spawn point than B. If the first guy in gets the pick on the guy close then it is a matter of the rest of the team rushing the guy in back through the smoke. Most of the time it will be on an eco so if you get those 2 kills and bomb down you are looking good anyways.

Nah, you want to be the guy who gets in a position between the enemy spawn and B flag to pick them off while the rush B. Keeps them off it long enough to let your team capture and nets you some free kills since the enemy is so focused on rushing back to B.
