Jan 9, 2021 · My entire town of 800 in rural northern Indiana has no mail delivery at all. We all have PO boxes it's becoming very common in rural areas. The lobby at the post office is open 4 hours a day but you have access to the boxes 24/7. Just thought I would share I realize it doesn't answer your questions or suggest a solution.
