Nov 18, 2024 · I am a recent convert to pillows masks. I tried the F&P Brevida and Resmed P10 masks. I prefer the P10 due to the stability of the nasal insertion pieces and how they support my collapsing nasal valves. The correct fit of the pillows is critical to prevent irritaton and/or leaking. Ordering a pillow fit-pack is very helpful.

RE: Resmed AirFit N20 vs P10 Arunjb, if you were titrated for CPAP at 10, then my preference would be to use a narrower range of pressure than 4-10 to treat. I think a pressure range of 7-10 would be better, and possibly increase the maximum pressure range to 12 if using EPR.
