Srb rear wheels on newer cars - Vintage Tamiya Discussion
Mar 2, 2006 · I'm looking to fit rear SRB wheels/rims to some new cars, primarily a Falcon. While I have the correct hub (I have tons of extras Brat/Grasshopper/Hornet hubs), the problem is that the wheel axle is not long enough to allow the hub screw to screw on once the wheel is fitted.

Oct 25, 2006 · My NIB scorcher which is fairly early with flat headed screws and screw in front uprights has the single bearing rear arms. I've only ever seen these double bearing arms on early cars, for example, cars with black bumpers, old style gearboxes, no breather holes in the clear parts, screws in the shock towers etc.

Jan 28, 2018 · At the front, the mk.1 has spurious round lugs at the sides of where the rear well nut fits, on the mk.2 there are extractor pin marks (a slightly rasied small round circle) & a slightyl ragged section on the edge above, suggesting the pour path/method was modified.

Sep 7, 2008 · The rear is even more interesting, it does not matter which spring I use at all!!! Mainly the MIP universal was not really a universal or CVD per se, they are very stiff and in itself is already a lot of stiffness!!
