Sep 28, 2005 · Here it is, built OOB the only thing added that wasn't in the kit was CF decals to the headlight areas and the guitar string wire for the antenna. Sprayed with Tamiya's TS-57 Blue Violet (aka: Raybrig Blue) from the can, no clear and no clear over the decals either. Decals were quite a chore but went on decent, although not perfect.

Nov 25, 2004 · The Raybrig NSX is one of my all time favorites. From the unique color to the way the sponsorship logos decorate the exterior. I started this thing about a month ago. It almost didn't happen as I could not get my hands on the Raybrig blue that this car needs. So I dug through my Gunze Colors and mixed up some myself.

Feb 27, 2006 · Looks OK, but I wish Tamiya would stop using the die cast chassis, the detail at the suspension is disgraceful! I think I would have to adapt the chassis from one of the older NSX's when I get mine. I Should not have to do this with a new kit at this price!:nono: Also, I would expect an engine and a challenging build for the amount of money they charge for these new kits, not high price, bare ...

Jul 24, 2006 · The decal probably saved the model, with a complex pattern the bad paint is not too obvious. I've since completed a mark Mark IV Toyota Celica which went a little bit better than the NSX, I've just started on a Xanavi 350Z JGTC, hopefully with each model I build I will get a little better and can get results similar to you guys one day, cheers!

Jan 8, 2005 · Hey, im currently doing the tamiya raybrig nsx and i just put on the first decal. I put the micro sol on the wing of the car and then put the decal on after holding it in water for 15 seconds.
