I played RAGE 1, and I'm just getting to play RAGE 2 now, but in the Cult of the Death DLC, Nicholas Raine's armour looks drastically different form any of the outfits he wears in the game. I feel like they should've just used the Crimson Elite armour instead of what they chose, as it looks better in my opinion.

Jul 17, 2023 · The thing about Rage 2 that is exceptionally disappointing as a fan of that franchise was the developers grossly misunderstood what the first game was. A lot of people assumed it was an 'open world' game and have a tendency to bash it for being particularly bland.

Feb 13, 2023 · The first game was laughingly short and could be beaten in less than 5 hours on the hardest difficulty if you knew what you were doing. But where Rage 1 was strong at was portraying a post apocalyptic world with the illusion of going through a decayed city in one of the missions. However in Rage 2, the creative atompshere is just lacking.

Rage 2 is an Avalanche game with fun combat. They aren't the same. Rage had best in class tech for 2011 and even on console it was astonishing to behold. The horizon in Rage looks better than Rage 2 and even almost a decade later I believe Rage is the more pleasing game visually. Gunplay in Rage was solid and hit reactions were best in class.

LSPDFR's manual install comes with updated rage plugin hook files which cannot be found on the actual RPH website, which work for the most recent build. Also fun fact, there was a Rage game for iOS that was based only on those on-rail-shooty bits (in the circus competition or whatever that was), and it had a crapton of control modes, including some using the accelerometer.
