Dec 7, 2023 · Try the RX-V995 as a preamp into the P2201, then find a budget preamp eg kenwood C1, C2, Yam c-40, c-50, might be some offerings in adcom (not familiar). The Pre & P2201 "should" make a mess of the V995 (yes, RX-V's do sound ok as a budget system)
