All students are responsible for activating their university network ID and their e-mail account. RCTC assigned student e-mail accounts shall be the preferred means of communication with all students attending Rochester Community and Technical College.

A certificate is awarded for successful completion of a specialized set of skills or program of study. Certificates range in length from 9-30 credits. Several certificates are intended to be portions of diplomas or degrees. Thus, a student completing certain certificates will have completed a skill set that is part of a series of skills that may be used to complete a diploma or associate degree.

Apply for General Admission, PSEO (Post Secondary Enrollment Option) Admission, or International Student Admission. Concurrent Enrollment students should complete the PSEO Application for Admission.
