RCMP Academy, Depot Division (commonly known as "Depot", / ˈdɛpoʊ / not / ˈdiːpoʊ /) is the police training academy for Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) cadets. Providing training since its establishment in 1885, the facility is located in the west part of Regina, Saskatchewan, [1] near the airport, and consists of several buildings.

You will then begin an extensive 26-week training program at Depot, the RCMP Academy in Regina, Saskatchewan. Once you successfully complete the Cadet Training Program (CTP), you will be offered employment with the RCMP and given peace officer status.

In addition to cadet training, we provide training to national and international law enforcement and regulatory agencies. The Police Dog Service Training Centre, located in Innisfail, Alberta, is also part of Depot Division.

Guests of the RCMP Heritage Centre can experience both the historical and modern-day stories of the RCMP through a variety of traditional and informative exhibits, virtual and augmented reality experiences, and live events. The Centre is located on RCMP Academy, Depot Division land, where Mounties have trained since 1885.
