Even the highlight show that was broadcast on Showtime during the following year after the festival that I have a copy of and that's been in bootleg circles for years doesn't compare to the quality (especially audio) of the officially released dvds from Judas Priest and Quiet Riot and Triumph, that last one being done in DTS sound.
