Aug 18, 2023 · TL:DR if someone hurts them, they're able to make them hallucinate. (They put razors on themselves to trigger it. Ex when Atsushi bumped into them). When someone hurts Q they get marked by his ability leaving a handprint on the person once someone/someone’s have been marked they can rip the doll forcing them to hallucinate.
