Night Vision Help Me Pick a Thermal - Sniper's Hide
Feb 10, 2019 · I started night thermal hunting about 3 years ago. It even got to the point where I brought my thermal in the woods with me for a day scope hunt and used my thermal to scan fields just before first light. I've owned a Pulsar, PRG and now a Trijicon. The Pulsar work very well for my budget and animal detection.
Night Vision Need Help Selecting Thermal Scope - Sniper's Hide
Jul 20, 2013 · Im needing help getting a dedicated thermal scope for under $1500. I’m trying to find one that I can put on a 22 lr/mag and even a 223 for predators. It’s going to be used mostly in the woods not in open fields. I would like something that could go up to 10x if that’s possible.
Night Vision Pard Thermal Scope??? - Sniper's Hide
Jun 13, 2013 · The ballistic calculator feature on the Pulsar was recently released. When I was doing my testing, it wasn't available. This is a tough one. The best answer would be both. Dec 5, 2023 · I was considering the Pulsar XL60 b/c it's got a HUGE eye box and large screen but with the S60r coming out albeit smaller base mag (but with ocular zoom) at the same price, I'm 75% sure I'm heading in that direction instead of Pulsar. I'm currently running a Pulsar XG50 and the eye box and screen is minuscule in comparison.

Night Vision Pulsar Thermion 2 XG50 losing zero - Sniper's Hide
Dec 18, 2024 · I have hunted down to -20 with both a Pulsar Thermion XL50 and XG50. I am going from a warm truck to these temps and staying on stand for 30+ minutes, back in the truck, and back out etc. I didn't have any POI shifts. The only odd thing is the internal battery showed yellow when it was out for long periods of time. Scope still operated fine, but just FYI. Recording Zero: Write down your zero ...
