Jan 23, 2013 · Prazepam (Centrax) and Clorazepate (Tranxene) both are converted to the active metabolites Nordazepam and Oxazepam so they should feel pretty much the same I would think. However, diazepam for example is converted to the identical active metabolites but diazepam itself is active so it would feel a bit different.

Mar 30, 2009 · The reason this happens is because benzodiazapines are used for different indications ie diazepam for anxiety at 10mg would equal temazepam at 30mg but for insomnia would equal 15mg.
